The Valentine Area Arts Council is excited to present

a Nebraska favorite, Kevin and Heidi Cheng, for a Christmas concert.

The performance is Sunday, December 3rd at 6:00 pm at the Valentine High School Auditorium.

Kevin & Heidi have been to Valentine several times and have become a local favorite.  This wonderful couple will be playing the piano and the violin.   

Kevin Cheng was born and raised in Taiwan.  He studied music at UNK and has performed as a guest soloist with the Lincoln Symphony, Kearney Symphony, Sandhill’s Symphony, and Cherokee Symphony.

Heidi was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska.  During high school, Heidi studied violin with Connie Moon while playing in the Kearney Symphony Orchestra and Kearney Chamber Orchestra. She is a regular guest on Nebraska TV The Good Life show. 

There will be a reception that follows the performance.  Kevin and Heidi will have CDs available for purchase. 

Local artists along with several students will have their work displayed at the reception. Stop on by to visit with friends and see the many talented individuals we have in the community.
